Is this for me?

Is this like antivirus or a VPN?

No. Antivirus and VPNs are generic, always-on tools. This is a one-time expert hardening of your specific devices, accounts, and threat exposure — applied in person, calibrated to your situation.

How is this different from IT support?

IT support fixes problems after they happen. This is hardening, threat modeling, and training. It eliminates the many technical and non-technical vulnerabilities before anyone exploits them — using the same endpoint hardening standards applied to government systems.

Do you work with individuals or only companies?

Individuals only. The service exists for people in high-pressure personal situations — separation, dispute, inheritance, competitive exposure — not for corporate IT procurement.

Confidentiality

Is the consultation confidential? Will anyone know I contacted you?

Yes, completely. No notes are shared with anyone. Contact via WhatsApp or Signal is end-to-end encrypted — nothing passes through a contact form or third-party system.

Do you keep records of what you found on my device?

No. What's found during the engagement is addressed during the engagement. Nothing is logged, copied, or stored.

Is there a file on me somewhere after the engagement?

No. The only document that leaves the engagement is the Certificate of Hardening — a signed record that the work was done. It stays with you. No copy is retained.

What actually happens?

Can this be done online or remotely?

No. Remote access is a backdoor into your device — giving it to a security provider is no different from giving it to anyone else. Everything is done in person, in your presence, on your timeline.

Where do you operate? Will you come to me?

Yes — I come to you. Primarily Israel; international engagements by arrangement.

How long does an engagement take?

Personal Shield: one day. Extended Shield: two to four days. Inner Circle Shield depends on the number of people covered. The schedule is agreed before the engagement begins.

What do I need to bring or prepare?

Your devices and all your account credentials — which you enter yourself; we never handle passwords. Bring your account details, your story, and any evidence of suspicious activity you may have seen. Everything else is handled on-site.

What is the Certificate of Hardening?

A signed document issued at the end of the engagement confirming the specific hardening steps applied, the standards used, and the date. Yours to keep; no copy retained.

Who is doing this?

Who does the work?

Dr. Lior Tabansky — directly. Not a team, not a junior technician supervised remotely. The person who assesses your threat is the person who hardens your devices and accounts.

Can I verify Dr. Tabansky's background independently?

Yes. The full research record — publications, academic positions, government advisory roles, media appearances — is at cyberdrtabansky.com. It's publicly available so you can verify without taking our word for it.

Pricing and tiers

How much does it cost?

Four tiers, depending on scope:

  • Personal Shield — ₪15,000. One person, primary device, all accounts, two hardware security keys, Certificate of Hardening. One day.
  • Extended Shield — ₪32,000. Everything in Personal, plus home network hardening, vehicle security audit, and connected devices. Two to four days.
  • Inner Circle Shield — ₪38,000. Everything in Personal for typically three people on the same side — family members or a close professional circle. Each person fully hardened.
  • Sovereign Shield — ₪95,000. All of the above, plus physical counter-surveillance sweep, Annual Threat Monitoring, and Priority Retainer — included.

A Threat Assessment costs ₪3,500 and is credited in full toward any protection tier purchased within 14 days.

What's the difference between the tiers?

Personal Shield covers one person's primary device and accounts. Extended Shield adds the physical environment — home network, vehicle, connected devices. Inner Circle Shield adds people: typically three individuals, each fully hardened. Sovereign Shield is comprehensive — all of the above plus physical counter-surveillance and ongoing monitoring included in the price.

The hardening standard is identical across all tiers. The difference is scope, not quality.

What is the Threat Assessment, and do I need it?

The Threat Assessment (₪3,500) is a structured, in-person review of your current exposure — devices, accounts, network, situation. It produces a threat map and a recommended scope of work. If you proceed with a protection tier within 14 days, the ₪3,500 is credited in full.

It's not required — some clients come with a clear picture of what they need. But if you're unsure which tier fits, it's the right starting point.

After the engagement

Is the protection permanent?

The hardening applied is durable. Devices stay hardened. Accounts stay secured. Hardware keys don't expire. What changes over time is the threat landscape — new vulnerabilities, credential leaks, evolving attack methods. That's what Annual Threat Monitoring addresses.

What are Annual Threat Monitoring and the Priority Retainer?

Two ongoing products available to all past clients. Annual Threat Monitoring (₪6,000/year): external threat watching — dark web credential leak scanning, breach alerts, CVEs affecting your device profile, and one in-person account hygiene check per year. Priority Retainer (₪12,000/year): 8 business-hour response SLA and three in-person check-in sessions per year.

Neither requires remote access to your devices. Both are included in Sovereign Shield.
